At the check-out desk, she will bill insurance on your behalf and will help trouble shoot any insurance related issues. Robyn attended the University of Portland and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Robyn joined our team with 10 years of insurance experience. Robyn has been with us for three years. Lisa T: Lisa is one of our Treatment Coordinators. She will help explain recommended treatment to you, estimate insurance benefit, out-of-pocket expense and assist with monthly payment arrangements. Lisa has been with us for seven years and is currently completing pre-requisites for a nursing program. Sharon: Sharon is our office manager and one of the Treatment Coordinators. In addition to assisting with treatment plans, insurance and payment arrangements, she helps the office to run smoothly. Sharon graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism and Marketing. Prior to joining our team 10 years ago, Sharon was a retail buyer. Val: Val is one of our outstanding Hygienists. She is skilled in the latest techniques for preventative and periodontal care. Val attended Idaho State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene and has pursued extensive continuing education in periodontal, cosmetic and comprehensive restoration as it relates to hygiene. Val is also our Back Office Coordinator and has been with us for nine years. Marilyn: Marilyn is one of our outstanding Hygienists. She is skilled in the latest techniques for preventative and periodontal care. Marilyn attended Oregon Health Science University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. Marilyn has also taken extensive continuing education in the latest periodontal treatment. She has been with us for 18 years. Kim E: Kim is one of our outstanding Hygienists. She is skilled in the latest techniques for preventative and periodontal care. She received a degree in Dental Hygiene from Portland Community College and has trained as a paramedic. Kim has been with us for 6 years. Lori: Lori is our newest hygienist and comes to us from Ohio. She received her hygiene degree from Cuyahoga College eleven years ago and recently completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Lori is skilled in the techniques in periodontal and preventative care. Terry: Terry is one of our outstanding Hygienists. She is skilled in the latest techniques for preventative and periodontal care. Terry has been with us since 2004, but has been a hygienist for 23 year and earned her hygiene degree from Mount Hood Community College. Stacey: Stacey is a registered, expanded function dental assistant and is Dr. Parks primary assistant. She assists him in all procedures and helps to make our patients as comfortable as possible. Stacey has been with us for 13 years. Catherine: Catherine is a registered, expanded function dental assistant and is Dr Briles primary assistant. She assists him in all procedures and helps to make our patients as comfortable as possible. Catherine has been with us since 2004. Smurf: Smurf is a registered, expanded function dental assistants and assists both Dr. Briles and Dr. Parks. Smurf joined our team at the end of 2005. Lisa S: Lisa is one of our Appointment Coordinators and has been with us since 1999. Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Oregon State University and has worked in the dental field for over 15 years including general dentistry, a specialty office and dental insurance.
