Dr. Stuart Parks D.M.D. was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He attended Portland State University where he majored
in Biology and minored in Art. He graduated in 1998 with honors. Dr. Parks graduated in 2002 from the Oregon Health
Science University Dental School and has been practicing with Dr. Briles since 2003.
Dr. Parks believes that aesthetics in dentistry are just as important as the function and strives to provide his
patients with restorations that look as natural as possible. He is also a Certified Invisalign Practitioner and is
able to combine Orthodontics with Cosmetic Dentistry to create the perfect smile.
Community Outreach:
Dr. Parks has traveled to Cambodia with Northwest Medical Teams to provide dental care to orphaned children. In
2006, along with Dr. Briles and the Bridgeview Dental team, Dr. Parks began offering treatment to the women and
children of Shepherd’s Door. Shepherd’s Door is a local facility that provides care and service to homeless women
and children in Portland.
Dr. Parks lives his wife ,Julie, in Portland. He loves to golf, travel and enjoys cooking.

Dr. Anupama Aranya, D.D.S. grew up immersed in the dental field watching her father practice dentistry in India and then becoming a dentist herself. Staying close to her roots, Dr. Aranya applied to the Advanced Standing Program at the University of California, San Francisco Dental School and graduated in 2016. She and her husband moved to Portland shortly thereafter and they love it here! Before coming to Bridgeview Dental Associates, Dr. Aranya was the dedicated onsite dentist for the Jones Farm Campus at Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Dr. Aranya strives to focus on patient satisfaction, quality of dentistry and values being part of a close-knit team. Her practice philosophy revolves around providing the best
possible patient experience with precision, comfort and care. She endeavors to communicate treatment recommendations in a clear and meaningful way so that her patients can make informed decisions about their health. Dr. Aranya remains at the forefront of advancements in dentistry through ongoing education, published research, and active membership the PDX Study Club that offers continuing education, interdisciplinary support and peer networking with over 60 local dentists.
When she is not working, she spends time with her family. Dr. Aranya and her husband have two little boys and love going on hikes, bike rides, road trips and exploring the amazing breweries that PNW has to offer. They also love to travel and explore as a family, but Dr Aranya particularly likes to work in her garden. Dr. Aranya will begin seeing patients in early May and looks forward to becoming an integral part of team Bridgeview Dental Associates.
Dr. John N. Briles D.M.D. was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He attended the University of Oregon where he
studied General Science. Dr. Briles graduated from Oregon Health Science University Dental School in 1986 and
practiced with his father, Dr. Jim Briles, until his father's retirement in 1996. Dr. Briles continues to pursue
continuing education in all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic, implant dentistry and the treatment of sleep
apnea.
Community Outreach:
Dr. Briles has provided dental treatment to low-income families and orphaned children in Cambodia through Northwest
Medical Teams. He also donates his time and service to Donated Dental and OHSU Dental School. In 2006, along with
Dr. Parks and the entire team at Bridgeview Dental, Dr. Briles began donating time and treatment to the women and
children of Shepherd's Door. Shepherd's Door is a local facility that provides a long-term rehabilitation to
homeless women and children who have been touched by physical and chemical abuse.
Dr. Briles recently retired from treating patients, but remains actively involved in the management of Bridgeview
Dental Associates.
